Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We also accept telephone and orders by mail.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Returns Policy
At Rural Image we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us.
Defective items:
You can always return items if they are defective. Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. Please see "To return an item" below for details of how to return defective items to us. We guarantee to replace any faulty goods returned to us within 30 days or we will issue a full refund for the price of the item. We will also be happy to refund the delivery charge if the return is a result of our error.
Delivery charges:
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the handling and delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for both the delivery charges and a handling and administration charge.
To return an item:
Before returning goods, please contact Dunkeld Records Ltd. preferably by email sales@dunkeld.co.uk or by mail at the address below giving the reason for the return. We will advise you where to ship the item.
Once notified where to ship the item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address given. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any). Then send the package to the address given.

Cancelling an item:
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, DVD, audio and software products where the item has been unsealed.
To cancel this contract, please provide written notice. Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. The return address is:

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
